We are seeking immediate guidance from the Department for Communities on how the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic is affecting everyday life.

We understand that many groups have had to cancel events planned to complete their funding (eg) Training events, Volunteer Recognition events, etc.

Until we are given any concrete advice form DfC, we are assuming the grant closes on 31/03/2020 as planned.  We will of course advise you as soon as anything changes.

In the meantime, in order to help groups utilise their full grant allowance we are allowing them to re-profile the funds into any of the other budget headings.  These include:

Volunteer Recognition
Travel
PPE
Training
Heat
Light
Rent
Insurance
Recruitment
Other - must be specific to volunteers

This is an ever changing event affecting everyone.  If anything changes to the guidance from DfC, we will of course let you know immediately.
